Azalea has also been on the move, but in the opposite direction – south bound. After a couple weeks in Poquoson, VA – YELLOW arrow Sept 5 at 8:00pm, Azalea has flown south. On Sept 6 at 4:00pm she was over Hampton – PINK pointer – and spent the night south of High St in Portsmouth on the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River – GREEN pointer Sept 7 at 1:00am. The next morning she continued southward crossing into Camden County, NC about 2:30pm, and spent the night in South Mills, NC - PURPLE pointer Sept 8 at 1:00am. She spent all day Sept 8 in that area and another night – ORANGE pointer Sept 9 at 1:00am. Azalea was still in South Mills as of this map – WHITE arrow Sept 9 at 10:00am.
